Mac Personal Care Product Private Ltd

we are Ahmadabad based sales agency of Mac personal care private ltd. We have sale team of 20 person and sales over product in main cities of Gujarat.

Our products are...

• Herbal soap
• Shampoo
• Toothpaste
• Face-wash
• Skin cream

At present we are using phone to place order now we want to make it online.

Our requirements are...

• There should be log in screen so only authorized person can put order
• Order form should be design that so it cover all info about retailer(e.g. name, address, phone no) and also about order(e.g. product, quantity, price, ordered date, due date).
• Stock form contain list of all good and it automatically update inventory as order is placed
• Stock form can be updated daily by area manager
• If order is more than inventory than it should not accept order and this out of stock condition should be mailed to Ahmadabad office.
• Report can be generated every month
  
• All products are available only in one quantity pack
